“Raleigh in Spring”

Williamsburg in the spring is one of my favorite places to visit and to sketch. On the day I was working in front of the Tavern, a group of small boys was playing nearby, rather noisily. A hostess came out of the Tavern and “shushed” them, so I was able to place her in the doorway, looking more hospitable.
